  I am a property manager and I wanted to have the water turned on for one day. I was told that it would cost me $80 and that I had to travel to Tarboro to have it turned on. They would not accept a letter of credit from the Town of Tarboro whom we do business with. I have never had to do this with any utility. Customer service is atrocious.
